NetDocuments Enhanced Support Service
Both system administrators and users can request support.
While we work carefully to ensure the system is initially set up according to our clients’ requirements, real-life usage sometimes necessitates that a change to the setup is needed.
We will make reasonable changes to the system. This can include processes such as changing access rights to document containers and documents/emails.
Pre-Planned Quarterly Online/Conference Call Meetings
It is quite well-known that a client will hear once per year from many organisations that offer annual support contracts – that once per year is renewal time. Hoffbrand Consulting does not work this way.
At the start of the contract, we set up quarterly telephone/online meetings to review how the contract is working for our clients.
NetDocuments System Update Summaries
System updates occur three or four times per year and it is normal that there are new services offered as part of the upgrade.
We will usually, proactively, advise on the new services to include the creation of a short, written explanation together with summary instructions on how to use the new service.
Support for NetDocuments PC/Mac Software
ndOffice including Adobe Reader integration, ndMail, ndThread, ndSync and ndLink
A critical part of the system is the integration with Microsoft Office, Internet web browsers, Practice Management Systems and the suchlike.
Software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader can occasionally cause problems. Using our expertise with Microsoft Windows, Office and other PC based software, we can usually assist.
Proactive Service Status Updates
If there is a service interruption or planned downtime, an email will be sent to the client contact for distribution around the firm.
Liaison with NetDocuments
We can resolve most issues ourselves, however, on those rare times when needed, our very strong relationship with NetDocuments is of benefit to our clients.
We will utilise our liaison and management capabilities to receive a conclusion as quickly as possible.
Add and Remove Users
As directed by our client, we will add and remove users. This will include the updates to the security groups.
Online Meeting and Telephone Conference Facility
We have invested in a cloud-based meeting and conference call service. This enables us to work with our clients in their use of NetDocuments and associated software.
Support Ticketing System
All tickets are logged either by using our dedicated support email address or via our support web page.
Access to the firm’s tickets can be provided to a system administrator for review.

We had successfully worked with Paul Hoffbrand in the past and wanted to work with him again with our NetDocuments project as we needed to provide focus in order to allow us to keep delivering a high level of service to our users.
